A Scribe sells a Blessed Rank 1 copy for 2,500 gold. At 100.0 Inscription, the existing recipe uses 100 Blank Scrolls and 20 Arcane Essence: a Normal result is Blessed at Rank 1, and an Exceptional result is Blessed at Rank 2. XP and rank belong to each individual book.
Carry the appropriate book and qualify for experience from a valid monster kill. Contribution, distance and normal PvM reward checks still apply.
