Offensive Mage
PvP · Complete character build
Inscription spell damage and Magery Poison pressure
How It Plays
Use Inscription-supported direct Magery spells and the single-target Poison spell to force a response; recover mana between exchanges. This build gives up strong bandages.
Skill Distribution
These values use exactly 720 points from the shared 720-point skill cap.
| Skill | Target | Why it belongs |
|---|---|---|
| Magery | 100 | Casts the offensive spellbook. |
| Evaluating Intelligence | 100 | Raises direct spell damage. |
| Meditation | 100 | Restores mana for repeated casts. |
| Wrestling | 100 | Helps defend while casting. |
| Resisting Spells | 100 | Reduces hostile spell effects. |
| Inscription | 120 | Eligible direct PvP spells gain up to +10% and +4 flat damage; Flame Strike instead gains +6 flat damage. |
| Poisoning | 100 | Supports the single-target Magery Poison spell and contributes up to 20% ordinary poisoned-weapon PvP delivery chance at 100. |
Books & Equipment
Magery spellbook. Inscription 120 requires its Power Scroll; no Codex is required. Taste Identification is not required for the Magery Poison spell.
Important Rules · Caps and Progression
Training above 100 still uses points from the same 720. A matching Power Scroll raises an eligible individual skill ceiling; it grants no trained points and adds no room to the shared total.
Trained Strength, Dexterity and Intelligence share a separate 250-point limit. Requirements for books, abilities and equipment still apply when a listed skill reaches its target.
Native Necromancy is unavailable. Arcanism has its own progression and Arcane Spellbook, and its points count toward 720.
